Exciting Opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant

Zeal Recruitment, a leading specialist construction recruitment agency, is seeking a talented and successful recruiter to join their team on a permanent basis.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the construction landscape and market, with a proven track record of building and creating partnerships. They will be responsible for covering the East/West Midlands regions, meeting clients on sites, and creating conversations with contractors on a daily basis.

The successful Recruitment Consultant will receive a competitive salary, pension, 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, and commissions. They will also have the opportunity to work in a friendly, inclusive environment, where their contributions are valued and everyone has a voice.

The role requires a high level of autonomy, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will be expected to meet daily and weekly set KPIs, and will have access to a structured growth plan and continual support and training.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Covering the East/West Midlands regions
  • Meeting clients on sites and creating partnerships
  • Creating conversations with contractors on a daily basis
  • Meeting daily and weekly set KPIs
