Electrical Training Officer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Electrician to join our team at Recruited UK Limited, a leading training provider in the country. As an Electrical Training Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting and guiding new apprentices to become the next generation of Electricians.

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to share your knowledge and experience with our apprentices, helping them to realise their potential and achieve their goals. You will also have the chance to develop your skills and expertise through full training and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality training and support to apprentices
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with apprentices, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of training programs and materials
  • Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Electrical NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
  • Proven occupational experience in electrical work
  • Good presentation and communication skills
  • Good IT skills and ability to use training software
  • Full driver's license
