We are seeking a skilled Composite Trimmer to join our team at the Aston Martin Aramco Formula One Team. As a key member of our Composite Trim Shop, you will be responsible for trimming, assembling, and bonding composite components and assemblies to an excellent standard and to a set production schedule.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience of composite trimming, fitting, bonding, and assembly, ideally in Formula One, other motorsport, or the automotive industry. They will also have excellent manual skills, the ability to work with hand and air tools, and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

The successful candidate will be able to understand and interpret technical engineering drawings, assembly instructions, and CAD operations for viewing. They will also be able to work well under pressure to meet time-critical deadlines and have a flexible attitude to working hours where required.

Key responsibilities of this role include trimming, assembling, and bonding composite components and assemblies to an excellent standard and to a set production schedule, performing visual and structural repairs to composite components, and performing TPM on tools and equipment within the Composite Trim department.
