We are seeking an exceptional Sales Associate to join our Bath & Body department at Fortnum & Mason. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering world-class customer service and providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that each interaction is special and that departmental KPIs are met through individual excellence and teamwork.
  • Develop a genuine passion for luxury retail, particularly in the Bath & Body category, and demonstrate a deep understanding of our products and services.
  • Work collaboratively with the Floor Manager and other team members to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized recommendations to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and maintain a high level of expertise in the Bath & Body category.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive team culture, and support the growth and development of colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a relevant retail role, preferably in luxury retail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • A passion for luxury retail and a deep understanding of the Bath & Body category.
  • Ability to work 37.5 hours per week on a rotating rota, including weekends.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
