We are seeking a skilled Pricing and Financial Manager to join our team at Derwent Facilities Management (DFM). As a key member of our Business Development team, you will play a crucial role in delivering the financial elements of new business tenders and developing financial pricing models and tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver the financial elements of new business tenders, ensuring accurate and robust financial information is provided to support strategic growth.
- Develop and maintain financial pricing models and tools, working closely with other teams to analyze data for future bids.
- Identify and mitigate potential finance risks within business tenders and contract documentation.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of financial pricing models and tools, ensuring they are aligned with business objectives.
Requirements
- Proven track record of commercial pricing and/or experience conducting client pricing for bids.
- Strong background in delivering financial elements of new business tenders, with a focus on strategic growth.
- Ability to influence decision-making and contribute to the business' strategic plan through the provision of robust financial information.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
