We are seeking a Clinical Lead to join our team in Scotland and the North East of England. As a Divisional Clinical Development Nurse, you will lead, support, and continuously improve the clinical governance and quality of care for residents across these regions.

The successful candidate will be expected to support the performance of each home, ensuring it meets the highest clinical standards. This includes reviewing the clinical governance database and KPIs of each home.

Salary Information:

Our estimate suggests that the annual salary for this position is around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role

  • Lead and support the improvement of clinical governance and quality of care for residents.
  • Support the performance of each home to meet the highest clinical standards.
  • Review the clinical governance database and KPIs of each home.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in clinical governance and leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
