Job Summary:

Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Registered Nurse to join their Pre-Assessment Department at a premier hospital in Harrow. As a Senior Clinical Research Nurse, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth delivery of patient care while working with a friendly and motivated team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Registered Nurses in the Pre-Assessment Department
  • Develop and implement effective patient care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
  • Conduct thorough assessments and investigations to identify patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and transitions
  • Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, making adjustments to care plans as needed

Requirements:

  • Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
  • Proven experience as a Senior Registered Nurse in a Pre-Assessment Department
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
