Job Title: Store Director

We are seeking an experienced Store Director to lead our retail team in Coleraine. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in retail management, with a proven track record of motivating and developing teams to achieve sales targets.

Salary: £34,000 + bonus scheme

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the retail team to deliver high operational standards and excellent customer service
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and meet targets
• Motivate and develop team members to provide excellent customer service and selling skills
• Build strong customer relationships that reflect our company values

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail management, preferably within Management
• Proven ability to lead, manage, and motivate a team to achieve sales targets
• A strong commercial mindset with a focus on driving sales and exceeding targets
