Engineering Team Lead

As an experienced Engineering Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing engineering activities related to the Transmission and Distribution project. This includes planning overall design activities, managing the project design budget, implementing design changes, and supervising and coordinating all necessary engineering tasks.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Transmission and Distribution industry, including knowledge of Renewable Energy systems and GIS and AIS systems. A proven track record of delivering projects within budget and on schedule is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the global schedule for engineering activities.
- Plan and manage the delivery timeline for technical interfaces.
- Ensure timely delivery of design outputs to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent education.
- Experience in leading engineering activities within an EPC-type environment.
- Essential knowledge of the Transmission or Distribution industry.
Estimated Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per year
