As a highly skilled Recruitment Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of Tbwa Chiat/Day Inc's Recruitment Team. You will be responsible for delivering a positive candidate experience while ensuring quality hiring decisions align with our company's mission and ethos.">

Your key responsibilities will include overseeing quality hiring decisions across the country, supporting the Head of Recruitment with resource planning, driving sourcing strategies, leading talent pool strategy, and ensuring consistency and excellence in the recruitment process.

Working closely with the Head of Recruitment, you will develop effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent. Your ability to coach and mentor a team of recruiters and sourcers will be essential in driving team performance and achieving departmental KPIs.

Salary and Benefits
