About the Role:- Support students with SEMH and Challenging Behaviours in a KS2/ KS3 / KS4 setting
- Work closely with the classroom teacher and fellow support staff to ensure students receive the support they need
- Assist with lesson planning and preparation, creating engaging and interactive learning activities
- Encourage students to develop their social skills and build positive relationships with others
- Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment
- Experience working with children, particularly those with additional needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
