About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing individualised learning plans to meet the specific needs of each student, providing outreach tutoring sessions, and collaborating with teachers, parents, and external agencies.

As a SEMH Support Teacher, you will work closely with our team to ensure a holistic approach to student development.
