Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the design and construction work for QVC UK's portfolio of sites.
  • Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules.
  • Oversee the procurement and management of contractors and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in construction project management, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of construction industry regulations and standards, including health and safety and building codes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
