Nursery Practitioner - Job Overview

At Blom and Blom, we are seeking a qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our team.

Salary: £12.50-£15.40 per hour (negotiable)

A successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in an outstanding nursery setting, supporting children's development through safe, stimulating child-centred learning and play.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting children's learning and development outcomes through delivering activities that extend their knowledge and skills.
  • Maintaining accurate records of children's progress, using observations and assessments to inform next steps.

The ideal candidate will possess a Level 2 or 3 Early Years Practitioners qualification, with a solid understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework and planning procedures.
