You will work closely with our Surveying and Operational teams to ensure that our tenders are submitted on time and within budget.

Responsibilities
  • Cost Plan Development: Develop cost plans and budgets in alignment with the Bid Strategy.
  • Tender Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to formulate competitive tenders.
  • Contractor Engagement: Engage with external contractors for competitive and precise costings.
  • Constructability and Value Engineering: Contribute to discussions on constructability and value engineering.
  • Mentorship: Offer guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Bills of Quantities: Generate or outsource Bills of Quantities as needed.
  • Tender Review: Participate in tender review and adjudication meetings.
  • Post-Tender Meetings: Involve in post-tender and tender interview meetings alongside senior team members.

The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
