The Role:
We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Audit Manager with a deep understanding of the Digital Domain to join our Group Audit (GA) function. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in identifying and managing key risks, driving continuous improvement, and influencing governance and control processes at a strategic and group-wide level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of a comprehensive, risk-based audit plan, leveraging your deep understanding of external and internal perspectives on our digital risk profile.
- Lead portfolio of audits with hands-on involvement for timely and effective delivery.
- Apply digital expertise to thematic audits and provide cross-cutting insights to deliver value across the function.
- Manage the delivery of assigned audits, leading, managing, and coaching team members.
- Leverage data throughout the audit life cycle, from risk assessment to reporting.
- Assess and mitigate complex risks, leveraging a strategic understanding of business risks beyond individual audits.
- Collaborate on strategic improvements within the GA function.
- Lead by example in both technical audit expertise and leadership qualities to drive a high-performance culture within the function.
