As a Pharmacist in Paediatric Haematology and Oncology, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our young patients receive the best possible treatment for their conditions.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated pharmacist to join our team in Addenbrooke's Hospital. The ideal candidate will have significant post-registration experience in clinical pharmacy, including prescription screening, medicines reconciliation, and medicines information. They should also be experienced in documenting pharmaceutical care issues in medical notes and writing professional reports.

The salary for this position is £43,141 - £72,345 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including on-site leisure facilities, shopping concourse, and day nurseries.

This role requires a Master's level degree in pharmacy and registration as a pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). The successful candidate will also need to be a member of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society and have completed a diploma in Clinical Pharmacy/General Pharmacy Practice or equivalent.

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate expert professional practice defined within the Royal Pharmaceutical Society Advanced Pharmacy Framework. They should also be able to give oral presentations appropriate to the level of the audience, review the pharmaceutical care of patients in a reasonable time frame, and identify/resolving issues arising.
