Executive Support and Administration Manager

A Permanent Position, 37 Hours per Week, Term Time only plus 2 weeks.

Salary: £33,718 Actual Annual Salary, Based on the LLT Management Scale 6.

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Executive Support and Administration Manager at St. Vincent College. As a key member of our Trust, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our senior leadership team, education teams, and student support teams.

The Role: In this exciting new opportunity, you will lead the central administration team at both Richard Taunton Sixth Form College in Southampton and St Vincent Form College in Gosport. You will also coordinate the executive support required by our senior team, serving as a critical communication link between our Governance Clerk, Trustees, Local Governors, and senior leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the central administration team, ensuring seamless support to education and student support teams.
  • Coordinate executive support for senior leaders, facilitating regular and informative communication.
  • Circulate timely papers, supporting the smooth operation of our governance structure.
  • Manage relationships with volunteers, promoting effective collaboration and engagement.
  • Utilize your expertise to drive excellence in administration and personal assistance, contributing to our five-year strategy timeline.

Requirements: To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in providing executive support and/or leading an administration team.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • An understanding of governance structures and requirements, with experience in supporting volunteer roles.
  • A passion for delivering high-quality administrative services, driving excellence in all aspects of the role.
