At Ontic, we're seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Staverton. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and perform First Article Inspection (FAI) activities in support of Manufacturing.
  • Review manufacturing schedules to plan and prioritize FAI activities.
  • Analyze manufacturing data packs to understand associated processes for FAI activities.
  • Create and deliver FAI reports by witnessing operations and processes in manufacturing.
  • Compile FAI metrics to inform manufacturing management for use in management reviews.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in delivering First Article Inspection in line with customer requirements and AS9102.
  • Minimum of a time-served apprenticeship and relevant experience in FAI.
  • Ability to understand internal and external customer requirements, regulatory, and certification requirements.
