Job Title: IT Lecturer

Job Type: Temporary

Location: Stoke

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality lessons to students in ICT, business studies, and Computing.
• Teach a range of courses, including Computing, Digital, and IT, for 14-19 and adult learners.
• Maintain a record of CPD undertaken and make it available.
• Ensure engaging and stimulating lessons, considering individual student needs.
• Manage, develop, and share resources to enhance teaching of ICT and Computing.
• Monitor student progress, identify intervention strategies, and take appropriate actions for underachieving students.
• Develop and share resources for the course/subject, maintaining effective links across the Trust.

Requirements:

• Right to Work and Enhanced Adult/Child DBS on the update service.
• UK recognised teaching qualification, such as PGCE, DTLLS, Cert Ed, or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in English teaching.
• Up-to-date knowledge of latest teaching techniques and topics in English instruction.
• Excellent spoken and written English language skills.
• Experience of delivering the subject.
