The successful candidate will maintain regular contact with customers, ensuring excellent customer service and understanding their business needs. Key responsibilities include managing expectations, producing accurate quotations, and supporting the sales strategy to deliver growth within aftersales.

Responsibilities:

  2. Maintain regular contact with customers to ensure excellent customer service and understanding their business needs.">
  3. Manage expectations, demands, and customer complaints.">
  4. Produce clear and accurate quotations using the business software system.">
  5. Work with the wider teams within the business to support the sales strategy to deliver growth within aftersales.">
  6. Attend and participate in weekly production & resource meetings as the Aftersales Engineer.">
  7. Provide role-appropriate support to the business and/or wider team(s) with various ad-hoc tasks as required.">
  8. Generate & maintain reports weekly and annually, providing statistical data on enquiry and order number quantities, margin, and other pertinent data to identify trends for future business generation.">
  9. Implement and control strategy for generation of new aftersales leads using direct telephone calls, mailshots, E-shots, in conjunction with the Sales & Marketing Department.">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, candidates should have experience within an aftersales role within an engineering environment, a full UK driver's license, and the ability to understand and interpret technical drawings and information using AutoCAD/Solid Edge or 3D software (SolidWorks or equivalent).

Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
