Job Title: Health and Safety Inspector

Our client, a successful Main Contractor, is seeking an experienced Health and Safety Inspector to join their construction management team working on a new project in Suffolk.

About the Role:
  • Take responsibility for reporting on the full lifecycle of Health and Safety to a regional manager.
  • Complete H&S assessments, quality assessments, and take photos and records of sites.
  • Review safety audits, issue O&Ms, and be responsible for risk assessments.
Requirements:
  • Background working within H&S for at least 3 years.
  • Good team working skills and exceptional communication and analytical skills.
  • Training within Health and Safety and/or Risk/Quality Assessment.
  • Previous roles: Health and Safety Coordinator, Health and Safety Advisor, Health and Safety Manager, or HSQE Advisor.
  • Certificate in Construction Health and Safety (NVQ, NEBOSH, or equivalent) and/or GradIOSH or higher level.
