Key Responsibilities

You'll be working closely with our management team to craft menus that exceed expectations. Some of your tasks will include:

  • Maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Promoting our home's excellent reputation through exceptional service.
  • Sourcing fresh ingredients from trusted local suppliers daily.
  • Inventory management and ordering frozen foods weekly.
  • Cleaning and organizing the kitchen area, ensuring it remains tidy and hygienic.
  • Collaborating with the manager to develop menus that cater to diverse tastes and dietary requirements.
  • Following proper food handling and safety procedures at all times.
  • Reporting any equipment malfunctions or potential hazards to the manager promptly.
  • Complying with group policies and procedures, adhering to deadlines.
  • Participating in mandatory training sessions to enhance your skills.
