About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Care Professional to lead our Family Assessment Centre team in Derbyshire. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care services that meet the needs of our service users.

You will work closely with colleagues to develop and implement effective strategies to support vulnerable families, ensuring that our services are responsive to their needs.

With a salary range of £47,008 - £58,240 per annum, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes generous holiday entitlement and opportunities for career development.

Key Responsibilities

This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure. You will be responsible for:

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the centre
  • Developing and implementing effective strategies to support vulnerable families
  • Working closely with colleagues to ensure high-quality care services are delivered
