About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Mental Performance Coach. As a member of our coaching staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality mental performance support to athletes and teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement mental performance training programs for athletes and teams
- Provide one-on-one coaching and group sessions to athletes and teams
- Collaborate with other coaches and support staff to ensure a cohesive team approach
Requirements:
- Master's degree in sport psychology or a related field
- Experience working with athletes and teams in a mental performance coaching capacity
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
