Mental Performance Coach Opportunity

Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Mental Performance Coach. As a member of our coaching staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality mental performance support to athletes and teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement mental performance training programs for athletes and teams
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and group sessions to athletes and teams
  • Collaborate with other coaches and support staff to ensure a cohesive team approach

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in sport psychology or a related field
  • Experience working with athletes and teams in a mental performance coaching capacity
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
