Early Years Development Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Early Years Development Specialist to join our team at the Early Years Organisation. The successful candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of Traveller and Roma children (aged 0-4).
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver interactive and engaging play experiences directly to families, regardless of their location.
- Work closely with the Project Manager, Toybox team, families, and stakeholders to bring early years' development into the heart of the community.
- Support and empower parents as the first educators, promoting healthy child development through the joy of play.
Requirements:
- Strong background in early childhood education.
- Passion for making a positive impact on the lives of Traveller and Roma children.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality play experiences that meet the needs of families.
