Job Title: Structural and Architectural Metalwork Production Manager

Advanced Metalcraft Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to oversee the organization of our main factory. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement production plans to meet customer requirements and company objectives.
  • Manage and coordinate production activities, including material procurement, inventory control, and quality assurance.
  • Lead and motivate a team of production staff to achieve high levels of productivity and efficiency.
  • Monitor and control production costs, including labor, materials, and overheads.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a production management role, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of production planning and control systems.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and other productivity software.
