About the Role:- Work with children with a range of special educational needs, including Autism, Mental or Physical disabilities, ADHD/ADD, Visual or Hearing disabilities, and severe and profound learning disabilities.
- Support pupils in a mainstream classroom setting, providing individualized learning support and promoting their development.
- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement effective learning plans.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to pupils, helping them to build confidence and self-esteem.
- Recent experience of working in a mainstream classroom or with children with special educational needs in an educational setting.
- A strong passion for enhancing the development of pupils.
- An approachable and positive attitude.
- Ideal experience of Team Teach training.
- Confidence in working with small groups and 1:1.
