We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Estate Agent to join our dynamic residential sales team in Bearwood. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and progressing sales through to exchange and completion.

Your Role as an Estate Agent

You'll be responsible for optimising every opportunity to schedule appointments for our Mortgage Advisor and working closely with our team to achieve sales targets. If you're a sales professional with a passion for property and a drive to succeed, we'd love to hear from you.

Requirements

  • Preferably an experienced sales person
  • Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
