We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEMH Teaching Assistant to join our team at a North London based Primary school. As a SEMH Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Social, Emotional Mental Health.

Job Summary
  • £85-95 Per day (Inclusive of Holiday Pay) | Paid via PAYE on a weekly basis
  • SEMH Teaching Assistant Role commencing January 2024 till the end of the academic year
  • Potential permanent position offered the following academic year
  • Working 1-1 with children with various Special Educational Needs and Social, Emotional Mental Health
  • Offering support in the students learning and social skills
  • Supporting other children in the class as and when needed
Requirements

We are looking for a SEMH Support Assistant who has a degree in Psychology from a top UK University, and/or experience working with children with additional needs. You must have good basic Maths and English knowledge in order to support children who need the additional support correctly.
