Job Title: Fitter

We are seeking a skilled Fitter to join our team at PWS Technical Services (UK) Ltd. As a Fitter, you will be responsible for carrying out repairs, servicing, and maintenance on a wide range of heavy construction plant, crawler cranes, rigs, and other machinery and equipment.

About the Role

This is a challenging and exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong background in heavy plant maintenance. You will work on a variety of projects, including repairs, servicing, and planned maintenance, and will be required to produce accurate reports and maintain records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out repairs, servicing, and maintenance on heavy construction plant, crawler cranes, rigs, and other machinery and equipment
  • Work on hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical, and electrical systems
  • Produce accurate reports and maintain records
  • Work safely and efficiently, adhering to company standards and procedures
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in heavy plant maintenance
  • Experience working on hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical, and electrical systems
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • A full UK driving licence
