As a Disability Support Specialist with Alina Homecare, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. Your role will involve providing personalized support to enable them to reach their goals and live as independently as possible.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as attending appointments, going to day centers, and participating in social activities.
  • Support clients with medication management, meal preparation, and personal care.
  • Accompany clients on day trips and outings, promoting social interaction and community engagement.
  • Help clients with budgeting, meal planning, and shopping for essentials.
  • Work collaboratively with the Alina Homecare team to develop and implement personalized support plans.
