We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Showroom Host to join our team at LSH AUTO in Stockport.

About the Role:

As a Showroom Host, you will be responsible for engaging with customers as they visit the dealership, directing them to the relevant department, and taking responsibility for catering to their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers and provide a luxury premium service throughout the customer experience.
  • Host internal and external events to promote the dealership and its products.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and dealership promotions to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a customer service role, ideally in hospitality or retail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Good IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Highly motivated and organized with a positive attitude.
