About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to join our team at Penguin Recruitment. As an Asbestos Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and inspections of buildings to identify the presence of asbestos-containing materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting Refurbishment, Management, and Reinspection Asbestos surveys
  • Generating detailed reports of your findings
  • Traveling to client sites to conduct surveys and inspections
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients

Requirements:

  • BOHS P402 qualified or equivalent
  • At least 18 months of previous experience in Asbestos Surveying
  • Full UK driving license
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Hardworking and diligent attitude
