Your primary responsibility will be to provide one-on-one and small group tutoring sessions for students up to KS3, developing and implementing tailored learning plans based on each student\u2019s unique needs. You will also collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure holistic support for students.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality tutoring sessions for students with SEN and/or EHCPs
* Develop and implement individualized learning plans
* Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support
* Monitor and report on students\u2019 progress
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
* Experience working with students with SEN and/or EHCPs
* Strong knowledge of the KS3 curriculum
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for teaching and supporting students with diverse needs
* Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles and needs
* Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo a check)
