CCL Global is seeking a skilled Hot Foil Blocking Operator to join our team in a specialist company that supplies retail packaging for various markets. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with a 3-shift system (Monday to Friday), with additional overtime available.

About the Role:

This position involves operating a 3-shift system, working on a MK Foiling Machine. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, with good organizational and communication skills. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on attendance and timekeeping.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate the MK Foiling Machine to produce high-quality hot foil blocked products.
  • Ensure efficient production processes, meeting quality and productivity standards.
  • Collaborate with the production team to achieve production targets and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attendance and timekeeping record.
