Job Overview
Catering and Hospitality Technician
We are recruiting a dedicated individual to join our dnata Catering & Retail UK team as a Compliance Technician.

Main Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, maintaining documentation, and supporting the management team with quality control. Key tasks include reviewing H&S documentation, conducting internal audits, and assessing company HACCP against new products.

Key Requirements
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, good knowledge of Microsoft Office, and organisational skills with attention to detail. A qualification in Food Safety Level 3 or above is desirable, along with experience in a similar role within the food industry.

Salary Information
This position offers an estimated salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
