Job Summary

Great Places Housing Group is seeking two experienced professionals to join our Neighbourhoods team as Senior Housing Officers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality housing and estate management services to our valued customers.

Main Responsibilities

  • Collect rent and support customers to reduce arrears
  • Allocate vacant properties to new customers
  • Investigate incidents of anti-social behaviour and take proportionate tenancy enforcement action when needed
  • Understand customers' individual needs and make relevant links with support organisations
  • Build strong relationships with local stakeholders and partners

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of housing management practices and procedures
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
