The role of Warehouse Administrator at GXO Logistics, Inc. involves monitoring inbound and outbound call logs, achieving and maintaining daily, weekly, and periodic KPIs, and assisting management in the allocation of work.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage call logs throughout shifts to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
  • Achieve and maintain daily, weekly, and periodic KPIs to optimize warehouse performance.
  • Support customers in planning launches, peaks, and ad-hoc activities to meet their needs.
  • Assist management in allocating work on a daily basis to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Good Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills to manage data and documents.
  • Experience working with Warehouse Management System is desirable to streamline warehouse operations.
  • Ability to take ownership and responsibility for own workload to drive results.
