About the Role
As an Executive Search Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying exceptional talent that enables our client firms to build or maintain an edge over their competitors in the market. You will work directly alongside our Vice Presidents, Directors, and Managing Directors to deliver on a range of mandates across the globe.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key individuals in the market.
- Creatively map out teams and build out org charts across leading companies.
- Proactively identify and engage senior level executives to generate candidates for our clients.
- Build subject matter expertise across our core buy side markets.
- Work closely with our global offices to deliver exceptional results.
Requirements
We are looking for a graduate (or recent grad) who can demonstrate strong work ethic and intellect. You should be a team player with a competitive edge, resilient, patient, and have a natural curiosity and desire to learn about financial markets. You should also have a great sense of humor and strong social skills, as well as the maturity to deal with senior executives at leading investment firms.
