Role Purpose

This exciting opportunity allows you to become a key part of our future and succession planning. As a Graduate Marketing Specialist, you will have the chance to develop a strong brand message and be part of our sales and marketing process. You will focus on building relationships with clients and driving the company forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate quotes for prospective customers
  • Contact previous company sales leads
  • Create awareness and develop the brand you are marketing
  • Conduct market research to profile potential customers and generate critical data
  • Communicate with target audiences and build customer relationships
  • Support the Director in delivering agreed activities
  • Write and proofread marketing copy for online and print campaigns
  • Work with the external social media agent to enhance audience engagement
  • Arrange the effective distribution of marketing materials
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders
  • Organise sales visits and demonstrations
  • Establish new business and review sales and marketing performance
  • Attend industry exhibitions

Person Specification

  • Relevant degree
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven customer-focused experience
  • Commercially aware
  • Ability to communicate on all levels and engage with a wide audience
  • Good understanding of marketing techniques and how to implement
  • Social Media Literate
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ambitious and motivated
  • Ability to work to deadlines

Working Hours and Salary

8.30am - 5.00pm, Monday - Friday

£25,000 per annum
