About the Position

As the primary point of contact and expert on Workday Security, you will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of configuration and continuous improvement. Your advanced knowledge of Workday Security within HCM and Recruiting modules is crucial.

Main Duties:
  • Resolve security-related inquiries, troubleshoot access issues, and offer guidance on security best practices.
  • Proactively identify and address potential compliance issues related to data access, retention, and sharing, and regularly review security controls for improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with global and local teams to develop and implement security enhancements.
  • Develop, implement, and update security policies, including role-based and user-based access controls within Workday.
  • Validate and oversee all security roles and group assignments, ensuring suitable end-user access and permissions across Workday.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to design and refine security roles, access controls, and permission sets aligned with data security best practices.
  • Provide expert advice and training to stakeholders on system capabilities and user support.
  • Maintain and update comprehensive documentation for security policies and procedures.
What We Offer

Average salary range: $85,000 - $105,000 per year, based on location and experience. Medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan options, and paid time off are also included.
