- Skillset: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analysis: Proficiency in data analysis and sales forecasting.
- Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Business Acumen: Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with environmental regulations and sustainability initiatives pertaining to the waste paper industry.
