Lunchtime Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Lunchtime Supervisor to join our team at Protocol Education. As a Lunchtime Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our students during their lunchtime activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise students during lunchtime activities, promoting a positive and inclusive environment.
  • Assist with feeding students, ensuring they have access to nutritious food and drinks.
  • Provide pastoral care and support to students, being a friendly and approachable presence in the school.
  • Assist with the physical care of pupils when needed, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect with students and staff.
  • A passion for working with children, with a commitment to creating a supportive and positive environment.
  • No formal qualifications are required, but a good understanding of health and safety is essential.
  • The ability to handle challenging situations with patience and a calm demeanor.
