Quality Engineer Job Description

As a Quality Engineer at CV Library, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Material Certification and Testing: Review material certification against specifications, non-destructive examination, and material testing reports to ensure compliance.
  2. Seal Assembly Surveying: Conduct surveys of seal assemblies during manufacture, at test, and prior to packing to identify potential issues.
  3. Reporting and Documentation: Write reports to satisfy customer contracts, including Factory Acceptance Tests, material certification, and dimensional reporting.
  4. Problem Identification and Resolution: Evaluate data to identify recurring problems and define necessary corrective and preventive actions.

  7. Quality Assurance Knowledge: Possess knowledge of tools, concepts, and methodologies of Quality Assurance, engineering, and manufacturing, including root cause analysis, 8D, pareto, and FMECA.
