Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with experience working in a school setting and a passion for supporting students with SEND. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting students during lessons and activities, managing their personalized learning, and providing physical management and care.
Key Responsibilities- Support students during lessons and activities, including providing one-to-one and small group support
- Manage students' personalized learning based on their individual needs
- Provide physical management and care of students, including supporting with daily care requirements
- Collect evidence of students' work to support their assessment
- Experience working with young people with Behaviour and Learning difficulties
- Ability to work with students who have complex needs
- High levels of care and resilience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Free, up-to-date safeguarding training
- Dedicated consultant support
- CV writing support
- Fast and effective compliance service
- £150 referral scheme for Teachers and Teaching Assistants
