We are currently looking for a Residential Cleaner to join our team at Minstrel Court in Royston. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. You will be responsible for conducting daily inspections, reporting any maintenance or repair issues, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities
  • To conduct daily inspections to identify any areas of concern.
  • To report any issues detected during the inspection to ensure prompt resolution.
  • To maintain a clean and tidy environment, including public areas.
  • To transport dirty linens to the correct areas for cleaning and restock with clean linens.
  • To ensure gardens and communal areas are maintained to a high standard.
Salary and Benefits

A salary of £25,000 per annum, plus benefits including a basic DBS check and opportunities for career development.
