Job Title: Unqualified MFL Teacher

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Unqualified MFL Teacher to join our team at GSL Education. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning and delivery of engaging and inclusive MFL lessons to students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and delivering MFL lessons that cater to the needs of all students.
• Support students' physical, emotional, and social development through classroom activities.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to adapt the MFL curriculum to meet the needs of all students.
• Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, helping them to achieve their personal best.
• Encourage a positive and inclusive environment where every student feels valued and supported.

Requirements:

• A strong passion for MFL and working with young people.
• Experience in teaching Secondary age pupils.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a dedicated team.
• A proactive approach to learning and professional development.
