Student Empowerment Advocate

Job Overview:

Academics is seeking a compassionate and experienced Learning Mentor to support students who face emotional, social, or behavioural challenges in Hailsham, East Sussex. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on students' lives and contribute to their academic success.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide emotional, social, and behavioural support to students through one-to-one and small group sessions.
• Develop and implement individualized support plans to help students overcome challenges.
• Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and other staff to ensure effective support delivery.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student confidence and academic success.

This Position Offers:
