Key Responsibilities:- Complete clinical competency training assessments and attend research study protocol training to stay up-to-date on the latest procedures and protocols.
- Perform visits, observations, safety reporting, and interventions with participants in accordance with study protocols, company SOPs, and policies.
- Efficiently and effectively conduct pre-screens to optimize patient recruitment and encourage patients to continue within the study.
- Collect, record, and enter study data into source notes, CRFs, and associated paperwork with high accuracy.
- Ensure timely and efficient resolution of data queries.
- Promote a welcoming, professional, and pleasant environment for staff and participants.
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and initiate emergency action when required.
- A qualified Nurse with registration and no limitations to practice within the Nursing and Midwifery Council (Adult).
- A passion for the Clinical Research industry and well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
- A patient-focused attitude and ability to work in a cross-functional team.
